The company was founded by Walt Gammill, a civil engineer with a solid background and rich experience in the U.S. Navy Seabees and big construction companies like Kaiser Engineers. Since 2007, his son Tim, a Boise native and architecture grad from the University of Idaho, has been leading the team. Tim honed his design and project skills at Hummel Architects before joining the family business.
